Fit-out guidelines -Job descriptions/Regulations for staff. -Setting up all contracts with service providers (security, cleaning, Landscaping, Pest control), -Implementing the staffing structure and employment, House rules, labour contracts -Yearly Budgets, Financial management, -Tenancy management Tenant fit-out guidelines and leasing contracts and negotiation. -Training of Staff, Reception, Cleaning, and Security in customer service. -Negotiation and advice on lease agreements with tenants. -Advice on Safety, signs, car parking, security, CCTV and all aspects of the building. -Asset Management
