In order to support our entrepreneur partners successfully, we have developed a new hybrid business model that combines the accelerator and incubator concepts. How it works: - Identify opportunities. Opportunities may be internal or in collaboration with entrepreneurs. We will collaborate with a company to turn ideas into Minimal Viable Product (MVP) by providing entrepreneurs the necessary tools including workspace, mentorship, and access to funding. - Push products to the local market. - Help raise a bigger fund to push products to the next level. If the idea is a good fit for our company, we will offer our space, resources, and expertise to the resident entrepreneur or team for a small equity stake in the firm.
